Deer Valley Resort is perched across 3 peaks over 9,000 ft and sprawls over 2,000 spectacular acres of ski terrain (soon to be over 5,700 acres with the recently announced expansion with Mayflower resort). One of the highlights of this idyllic area are the many spectacular ski-in/ski-out residences located across the mountain.Ā  The luxury real estate opportunities continue to grow in this area with large new developments underway on both the Mayflower side (Marcella, Velvaere, and Mayflower Residences) and the Sommet Blanc development underway on the opposite side of the resort next to The Montage.

When skiing Deer Valley, you can either start your day at the lower Snow Park Lodge (where the ticketing office is) or up at the Silver Lake Lodge if you already have your pass. Take a chair up to the top of Bald Mt then go around the first few turns of Homeward Bound to see a breathtaking view of the entire Heber Valley on a clear day.Ā Ā Hit Silver Lake Lodge for lunch and either the Veuve Clicquot yurt at The Montage or the Vintage Room at St Regis (both accessible by skis) for an apres drink (or two).

Recently announced in August of 2023, the Mayflower expansion of the Deer Valley resort will bring 16 new ski lifts, a new 10 passenger gondola, and more than double the ski terrain.Ā  Additionally, Extell's plans for the alpine village at the base of Mayflower resort is the first world-class ski village to be created since 1981.Ā  The soft opening with 10 active lifts is planned for the 2024-2025 season.
