About Janine

Growing up in Los Angeles, my fascination with homes and real estate began at a young age as I watched my dad, a General Contractor, put our home through a series of many remodeling projects (sometimes to the chagrin of my mother).  He refined our home over time into a dream house that became full of amazing childhood memories and the magic of that transformation has always stayed with me.

Later, life took me to the Pacific Northwest (University of Oregon) for college and then I began my post-college career in corporate sales in Portland, OR.  As time went on I honed my sales and customer service skills, but could never shake the calling of entrepreneurship.  A few years after moving to Seattle, WA in 2015, I started my new career path and dove head first into real estate.

My real estate career has spanned into many areas including residential, commercial/multi-family, value-add, investments, fix and flips, new development, and more. 

My other huge love is the world of personal development and I have spent the majority of my adult life devoted to my (and others’) growth and development.  Training and coaching others is a huge passion and I feel so grateful to be able to express that in my career as an advisor and leader in real estate.  (FYI my other interests include cooking, skiing, golf, interior design, and travel).
